Policy on cancellation and use of the space
Cancellation policy
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please do so before the scheduled time. Otherwise, you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Vita Trendy allows rental service cancellations under these conditions:
You can cancel your reservation for free up to 3 days before your reservation date.
Reservations canceled less than 72 hours in advance will incur charges, as detailed below:
- Reservation canceled 72 hours in advance: 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
- Reservation canceled 24 hours in advance: 80% of the total reservation will be charged.
Use of space
Use of Space: The Lessee will use the space exclusively for agreed photographic, audiovisual, or creative purposes. The following is prohibited:
- Smoking inside the premises.
- Manipulating or moving equipment without authorization.
- Introducing hazardous or flammable materials.
Exceeding the permitted capacity of the premises.
Responsibility and Damages: The Lessee will be responsible for any damage, deterioration, or loss that occurs during the rental period, whether on their part or on the part of their guests or equipment. In case of damages, Vita Trendy may claim the total cost of the damage caused.
Space Conditions: The space is delivered in good condition of use and cleanliness. The Lessee must leave it in similar conditions at the end of the session. Any garbage or objects left behind may incur an additional cleaning charge.
Insurance and Waiver of Liability: Vita Trendy is not responsible for accidents, losses, or personal injuries that users may suffer during the use of the space, and it is the Lessee’s responsibility to have the insurance they deem appropriate.
